When you arrive here at The Alofa Village, we want it to feel like a big breath out, we want to tightness in your body to shift, and we want you to feel relaxed and at peace.

When you stay with us here at The Alofa Village, we want you and your family to feel taken care of so that you can switch off for a few days and really be present with the ones that matter most.

In our FFF retreat, we do our best to make sure there is something for everyone! Whether it be the sunrise session, the pampering for the Mamas, the men's brotherly bonding time as they gather together, the kids slip n slide, or we all chill out together for a movie under the stars!

Freequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a member to apply for this retreat?

No, you do not need to be a member to attend. This retreat is via application only and there are only 7 spots available. We ask that you only apply if you're serious and committed to showing up at this retreat. Applying does not guarantee you a spot and is for screening and approval purposes. If your application is unsuccessful a full refund will be provided.

Can we reserve a spot and pay later?

No. Since this is only open to 7 families we cannot hold/reserve spots.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges if you choose to cancel for personal reasons, as expenses need to be covered prior to the retreat. A transfer may be arranged as agreed upon, for genuine circumstances, where attending retreat is no longer possible for that time.

I've paid for my spot, what happens next?

Once you have answered the questions at check out and paid for your spot we will assess your application. If approved you will receive a confirmation email with a waiver to sign. If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive an email and full refund. On 2nd April, you will receive a final email with the address and a list of recommended items to bring. You will not receive this email if the waiver has not been signed and/or if you have not paid the remaining balance by this date (for those on payment plans).

What do we need to bring?

You will be required to bring

● Your own accommodation

● Sleeping gear (e.g. sleeping bag, pillows, blankets)

● Toiletries

● Plenty of snacks

A more detailed list will be sent to you closer to the date to ensure you're all set.

Can you share more on the location?

Is it possible to cater to dietary requirements?
